Hoje a jovem está com 62 quilos, distribuídos em 1m66. “Quando você se autoconhece, você entende que não existe padrão. Quem dá peso ao padrão é você, quem vai dizer se tem que ser magro, gordo ou fitness é você. A partir do momento que você fica feliz com você mesmo pelo que você é, padrão nenhum incomoda mais. O padrão é individual, cada um tem o seu”, diz.

Ela que tinha a tal síndrome do metabolismo, doença que faz com que o corpo pare de consumir calorias e se torne ‘preguiçoso’, ela revela: “Ganhando massa magra, vou aumentar a minha taxa metabólica, de gasto calórico, e com isso vou poder ter uma vida saudável e ao mesmo tempo poderei comer as minhas besteiras sem sair do meu peso e sem correr o risco de desenvolver nenhuma doença crônica. De julho para cá, tenho tomado suplementação e feito exercícios físicos para hipertrofia muscular justamente para ter uma qualidade de vida e não engordar de novo. Acredito que esteja com algo entre 16% e 19% de gordura. Minha meta é chegar a 14% de gordura. Isso vai me proporcionar uma estabilidade de peso e saúde muito boa. Quero poder comer churrasco, cerveja e doce”, conta, aos risos.
